Bill to amend constitution registered at the parliament; includes proportional representation

Kathmandu, February 18- A Bill to amend the interim constitution has been registered at the Parliament Secretariat on Sunday February 18 evening. One of the provisions in the proposed amendment calls for proportional representation of Madhesis, women, Janjatis, Dalits, disabled people and other minorities in all structure of the state. >>> More on this story.
