The Alliance of Democracy and Human Rights of Nepal (ADHRN), an oldest and largest America based Nepalese organization, has recently elected Ms. Kamala Karara Bishwakarma as one of members in its new Executive Board. This is the first time that ADHRN has included Dalit, Janajati, Madhesi and Women under the broader inclusive democratic principle that we are currently demanding for new Nepal. The election of Ms. Bishwakarma as a Executive Member is a reflection of the movement to establish proportionate representation in each and every institutions no matter inside or out side home land.
